I have been using the Turbulence Training program by Craig Ballantyne for about 6 months now. During this turbulence training review I have concentrated on what you get as part of the package and why it actually works.
Turbulence training or TT was designed by a man named Craig Ballantyne. Now Craig is well known in his area of specialism and writes for Mens Health magazine. This program shows you how to work harder and more effectively for less time. Your muscles are given a workout in larger groups rather than small indivdual muscles. Craig promotes using interval training rather than long slow cardio to boost your metabolism and increase your fat burn. There has been alot of research into how effective this method of trianing is and it's proved to increase fat burning over a shorter period of time.
This is a method I have used before and will continue to use because I know it works.
The methods are easy to follow and each come with detailed video or pictures so you can see what you are doing and make sure you’re doing it correctly. The routines are suitable for beginners and advanced users and you work your body harder as you get fitter. The workouts are great for beginners or more experienced people.
I have used similar methods of training to this before and find it fast and effective.

Craig's products are simple to use and provide you with everthing you need. There are upsells like anything in life but I always find them quite interesting and can either delete them or unsubscribe at any time.
Not everyone will want this type of training but if you are serious about being more efficient with your trianing and getting results quicker then this is for you.
